THREE YEAR B.A. GENERAL DEGREE COURSE
Part - I

1.
 Modern Indian Language (Bengali) / Alternative English, Compulsory English and Environmental Studies, each carrying 50 marks.
   
2. Three subjects from the following ones, each having 1 paper of 100 marks:
a) History, b) Political Science, c) Journalism and Mass Communication or Geography,
d) Economics or Elective Bengali or Elective English

Part - II

Students have to take 2 papers of 100 marks of three subjects mentioned above.


Part - III

Students have to take 1 paper of 100 marks of three subjects mentioned above.


THREE YEARS B.Sc. GENERAL DEGREE COURSE
Part - I

1.
 Modern Indian Language (Bengali) / Alternative English, Compulsory English and Environmental Studies, each carrying 50 marks.
   
2. Students must take Economics and Geography with one subject from the following:
a) History, b) Political Science


Part - II

Students have to take 2 papers of three subjects mentioned above.


Part - III

Students have to take 1 paper of 100 marks of three subjects mentioned above.


THRE YEAR B.A. HONOURS COURSE
Part - I

1.
 Modern Indian Language (Bengali) / Alternative English, Compulsory English and Environmental Studies, each carrying 50 marks.
   
2. Two Hons. papers each carrying 100 marks (200) and two general subjects from the following ones, each having 1 paper of 100 marks:
a) History, b) Political Science, c) Journalism and Mass Communication or Geography,
d) Economics or Elective Bengali or Elective English


Part - II

Students have to take 2 Honours papers, each carring 100 marks (200) and two general subjects, each having two papers of 100 marks (200) from the subjects mentioned above.


Part - III

Students have to take only 4 Honours papers each carrying 100 marks (400)
